Design-Build
Design-Build is a team of architect/engineers and
contractors working together to meet the client's performance
requirements.
Schultz Construction believes that the Design-Build
approach integrates, in one company, the competence and
expertise to design, plan, and construct each project with
maximum flexibility and attention to detail.

an emphasis on quality, rather than protecting their own

contractor, an architect, an engineer, and subcontractors.

can begin before all the elements of the design are
