I am writing to recommend Schultz Construction for any type of construction project, which might be anticipated.  Over a period of 22 years and through numerous construction projects, I have developed a working relationship with Roger Schultz.  Projects have involved residential and commercial buildings, both new construction and remodeling.   These projects have included two personal residences, in addition to experience with the subject professionally.  I have worked with Schultz Construction, both as Vice President of Missouri Valley Investment Company and in my current capacity as vice president of the Kansas State University Foundation.  The range of projects have included remodel/addition to Kansas State University President’s residence, several Athletic Department building projects, remodel/addition to the International Student Center, and numerous smaller remodeling and construction projects.  Based on a very long and satisfactory relationship, I am able to recommend Schultz Construction without any reservation.
