Quaker Oats

Schultz Construction won the bid to build our 37,000 square foot warehouse expansion, which included a 9,000 square foot temperature controlled packaging plant.  Not only was the project completed on time, as promised, but within the budget (plus there were a number of change orders).  Roger Schultz, and his company, responded immediately to any requests or questions we had, and they had our “punch-list” completed within days of developing the list.  There is no question if we expand again who our first choice will be.
