As President and CEO of Transportation Design and Manufacturing, I strongly encourage you to retain the services of Schultz Construction.  As you are probably aware, I recently established an alternative fuel vehicle business in Manhattan.  My business is based out of Detroit, Michigan.  As an automobile service company, providing support to some of the world’s largest corporations, I routinely find myself spending considerable sums of money over a very short duration.  I do this so that I am able to meet my customer’s needs.  Such was the case that brought me to Manhattan.  I needed a new facility and I needed it in a very short period of time.  In addition, I was also building or modifying facilities at other locations in the United States.  After several false starts in trying to utilize national design and construction firm services, I settled on Manhattan’s very own Schultz Construction.  These hometown folks demonstrated the burning desire, not only to build my facility, but also to assist me in ensuring successful design and construction completion according to my schedule.  I could not have asked for more effort or support from them and I certainly could not have scripted the results any better.  I fact, as I look to the future and potential expansion in Manhattan, let me assure you that I have such great faith in Schultz Construction, there will only be one phone call made when I am ready to expand to my facility.
